Relaxation visualisation evening (bi weekly)

Let go of your tensions and reconnect to your inner peace by doing some gentle breathing exercises. 

Through your in and out breaths, you can

  • Relax your busy mind
  • Release your emotional and physical stress
  • Reconnect to your inner peace and balance
  • Return to work with clarity and feel fully¬†recharged

No meditation experience is needed. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the peace that it brings.
