I am a mother of a young girl. I understand how stressful being a parent can be especially when our little ones are not feeling well or having a bad day. As parents, we would do everything we possibly could to put a smile back on their faces.
However, have we paid the same amount of attention to ourselves? Have we taken time out recently to connect to ourselves? Or are we at the bottom of our priority list?
