Bonding with your babies

Do you find it difficult to connect to your newborn or baby?

Not all parents can connect to their newborns instantly or want to connect to their babies for many reasons such as challenging pregnancy or difficult deliveries. Many young parents are also worried if they can be “good” parents. 

These could lead to stress for the parents and blame.

In this session, I am going to share with you some techniques which have helped me significantly after a challenging pregnancy. 

You can also learn how to relax, let go of the self criticism and learn how to speak up for yourself and your babies in  difficult situations through some guided visualisation and breathing exercises.
