Meditation to resolve pain and anger (Every Thurs morning)

Come and join this healing class to learn how to set yourself free.

When we hold pain and anger and we don’t want to let them go or we simply don’t know how to let them go, we create dis ease for ourselves. In light of what is going on in the world, some of us may feel frustrated, some may feel overwhelmed and some may even feel physical pain.

In this session, I am going to share some gentle techniques that can help you resolve your anger and pain so that you can re align to your inner peace, create joy and harmony in your life.
